Section bbq was awesummmmmmmmmmmzzzz. I really wanted to upload the photos now but sadly abang said the wire's missing, and there's no memory card in the camera so i have to look for the wire since everythings saved in internal memory. UGGH! i am such a blur dumbo sometimes.
Nicole and i arrived at sarah's at 3pm, got the food items ready, marinated the chicken and everything and made the section badges (a surprise present for the juniors!) and chilled in sarah's room until 5pm when we had to pick the jrs up from bedok interchange. We had a bit of trouble with starting the fire cos it was very windy, but after about 30mins, we managed to get it going. Managed to start bbq-ing our first batch of food after getting the orang glow of fire. It was really really cool. And the AVA talk- post exam activity thing- was very very useful luckily we all paid attention - okay well, most of us.
And then we blew balloons and turned them into our batch san toki pets(: oh oh, nicole and sarah and soo min decided to balst KPOP music through the portable speaker that I BROUGHT LOR! I told them my speakers, so i pick the music. But NOOOO, it was 3 against 1, or more like 13 against 1. HAHA APPARANTLY EVERY ASIAN TEENAGE GIRL ('XCEPT ME) IS A KPOP FAN. hahh, and they were trying to influence me (and only semi-succeeded!) Now Nicole's got me hooked on FT island! ): NOT A GOOD SIGN, AMIRA SAVE MEEEEEE! hahaha .

the water bomb quiz was extremely fun to the max i think that was like the highlight of the whole bbq. the juniors got a chance to attack us after that with the extra balloons, for once and once only okay! HAHA. We prapared 120 water bombs, and we actually used them ALL up! We made too much noise and this auntie kind of scolded us through her 2nd storey window. i bet she's jealous cos she never had water balloon wars before. she should really try playing with water balloons lah! they're really fun okay! And so we decided to stop the juniors vs sec3 seniors war and told everyone to sit in a circle and we just talked.
Nicole and I told the juniors what to expect next year, and how they have to step up since they'll be seniors when the new sec one batch join us next year and blah blah blah the usual 'talk' SLs and ASls usually crap to their juniors at section bbqs. We practically copied Claire and Laura's script from last year. haha. okay, no, we didnt lah. we're much nicer people.
I'm glad most of the juniors came and had fun (they claimed that they did when we asked!) . A very big thank you to all of you for being as excited as we were. you guys are really great. But, but of course we must all know whens the time for fun and games and when to be serious. I hope that you'll always remember whatever we said just now, i know pep talks really suck, whether your giving it or listening to it, but, yeah, thanks for listening.

We actually booked the pit from 5 to 11pm, but since we sort of ran out of things to do, we started cleaning up by 9.45 and by 10, most of the juniors left already. The rest of us stuck around to help clean up and carry the stuff up to sarah's house. And i finally walked home with xin ying at 10.30pm.
im so glad i can sleep in tomorrow since theres no band!(: HAHA OKAY BYE BYE. and i'll promise to search for the camera cable and upload the photos asap kay.
