1. BAND CAMP'S OVER! finally. okay i guess i wouldnt say it was so much fun. but yeah, it was different cool. cos half the day was dedicated to games = no practice.

3. I invented the clarinet wave! Awesome cool o what, right! Yes, we tried it on a few people, who laughed their heads off and said we were super cute. hahaha. See? only we can do it. cos we have like, 17people in our section, biggest ever! haha. And cos a wave with only 5 people would just be weird right!.
4. Sec 4 farewell on 18th dec Friday, day three of band camp. Yes, okay that was super fun!(: So practice ended pretty late. we were released for lunch at around 1.30pm! Usually its 12.30pm or 1.. but oh well. its the last day anyway. Sarah & Nicole were part of the logistics commitee so they had to go to parkway to buy ice and charcoal during lunch, and so that left me to take care of the juniors alone. Okaylah not alone. Still got Soo Min + Xin Ying. thank god for tht. So we went to chope the same area as last year for the bbq, it was near the squash wall/ basketball court there. Told them to finish eating by 2.30pm and then gather at the pit area to complete the seniors' cards. We had about 3+ hours of "free time" (cos we didnt want to watch 'The Sound of Music' in the AVT) so we just stayed at out section bbq pit area completing the cards, taking random photos, washing the pits and setting them up. oh, and the juniors played truth or dare. haha. Finally, at around 3.45pm, S&N came back from parkway. they had lunch there with the percussionists, i think.
The seniors arrived at around 5pm. Watched the video in the AVT, then down to the SAC where we had the performance for them. Sec 3's played 'If we hold on together' while the sec 1's and 2's sang. So sweet! The seniors kept yelling ENCORE! so we had to play it again.
5. Eh our section quite nice right. Exactly enough for us to play 1 part each. haha. Sarah in firsts, me in seconds, Soo min in thirds, XY playing the alto clarinet, and nicole on bass clar. AWWW pretty awesome clarinet quintet right!(:
6. Then we started the fire and Nicole and I had to read out the speech for the sec 4's. aww. i think some of them even teared! so touched. haha.
7. Started clearing up at around 9pm. Took us a whole hour to wash the soiled pits. Sarah and i were the las to leave from our section. .We just lied down at the basketball court for around 20mins or so before our parents came. People came to ask what were we doing haha. Plus I fell asleep! In the end Ms Ang came to wake us up. Both our parents came at the same time, one car driving in after the other haha! Sarah said maybe our parents left home at the same time, since we live so near each other.
8. So anyway, it was about 10.45pm when mum and dad came. I was beat! I really cant believe the amount of time spent in school that day. 8am to 10.45pm! OMG THATS LIKE 14H 45MINS!! haha.
9. Band camp's finally over! I wouldn't say it's super fun, but I guess in terms of bonding and stuffs it did improve a great load. And well, probably there's a lot learnt; learning about people.
10. Next morning, mum woke me up at 4am and we left for beranang. ohmygod i was so tired!
And i cant believe i just typed all that out, like who cares what i did that day right! haha. i didnt realised i typed that much. Detail overload! hehh sorry. I should probably brush up on my summary writing skills. This is probably the last post for a very long time, considering school's reopening soon and im not nearly half prepared. Ohno wait, i'll blog about tmr cos its gonna be fun .
